Wireless Printing

The library now offers Wireless Printing. This new service allows you to print from your own personal device, whether you are in the library or at home.

How to Print from your laptop, PC, or mobile device:

1. Start by going to the library’s Wireless Printing page.

2. Type in your Middletown Library Card Number to login.

3. Browse your device and upload the document you wish to print.

4. Once the file is uploaded, you will see the document name, upload date/time, and an option to preview or delete the document.

5. Repeat this process for each document you wish to print.

6. Come to the library to retrieve your prints, using our new Print Release Station. Printing is $0.25/per page. The Print Release Station is located in the Reference Department.

Instructions on how to print are below, but you can always ask a Librarian for assistance.

To Print:

  • Click “Print My Documents”
  • Scan your library card or guest pass
  • Preview documents: click on document name on the left hand side of the screen. Please note: edits cannot be made from this station. If you need to edit your document, please delete and resend.
  • After selecting your documents to print (there should be a check-mark next to each selected one), click “Continue”.
  • Choose a printer (ref_corner is on the right side of the room, ref_end is on the left side).
  • You will have the option to print using money you have preloaded on your library card, or pay by cash into the coin tower. (Instructions on how to load money are below).
  • After adding money (tower only accepts coins, $1 bill, and $5 bill), click “Print”
  • To exit, click “Finish”

To Load Money onto your card:

  • Click “Deposit to My Account”
  • Scan your library card or guest pass
  • Begin adding money to the coin tower on your right
  • The machine accepts quarters, dimes, nickels, $1 and $5 bills.
  • Please note change will not be given for deposits. Please only insert the exact amount you wish to add to your account.
  • To exit, click “Finish”
