We have a new ticketing service to help keep track of IT problems and make sure that any problems are resolved as quickly as possible. From now on, please report any issues by emailing “IT Help” in your contacts list. For emergencies like Koha outages, please call Megan or Andy.
*Please note* – When you open a ticket, you’ll receive an email saying that your ticket has been opened and you’ll receive email updates to let you know when progress is made. You will also receive a second email asking you to activate your account & select a password. Please do this, so you can be registered as a “requester”. Otherwise, you’ll get that email every time you open a ticket.
