How to Get a Library Card
If you live in Middletown, go to school in Middletown, or have a job in Middletown, you can get a free library card!!
If you are under 18, you must go to the library with a parent/guardian. Go to the Circulation Desk to fill out a library card application.
Make sure your parent/guardian brings:
-A valid driver’s license
-Proof of Middletown address (a piece of mail addressed to your family)
If you don’t live in Middletown, but you go to school in Middletown:
-Bring proof that you go to school in Middletown (school id, report card) and you can get a free card.
I you don’t live or go to school in Middletown, but you work in Middletown:
-Bring proof that you work in Middletown (paystub, current work ID), and you can get a free card.
If you have no association with Middletown at all, but you want a library card, your family can buy a library card! Then you can check out as many books, movies, tv-series seasons, audiobooks, and ebooks as you want. You can also use your library card to stream tv shows, movies, and more through Hoopla.
