Middletown Township Public Library’s local history database archive project is an effort to digitize the historical collection of books, pamphlets, photographs, newspapers, which are owned by the library. Our goal is to to digitally capture and preserve Middletown’s long and rich history in the State of New Jersey for present and future generations.
In addition to preserving the history of Middletown in this archive, this project enables us to offer many valuable source of historical information with full-text keyword searching and title access capabilities. The library welcomes donations of personal historical document collections on the history of Middletown from the community, local societies, and organizations to be included in this digital archive project. The library reserves the right to exclude documents donated to the library.
