May 21: We now have a new spinning display case for the New DVD’s. We also have a new bookcase for the audiobook biographies by the end of the audio non-fiction. Some of the hub kiosk have changed:
Business is now Business & Politics
Science & Technology is now where Politics was
Fine Arts are mixed in with New & Notable
Video Games are now on both sides of the kiosk to allow for expansion
August 18: Customers may request an extended (“vacation”) loan period of up to 4 weeks on any item that has been in the collection for six months except reserves, 2 day items and school reading list items. Extended loans do not include 2 day DVDs, new books, or any summer reading titles.
July 22: Foreign language fiction is now interfiled in the 400s.
July 1: The short story collection and western collection will be interfiled with regular fiction.
June 24: Hub changes:
New audiobooks have been moved to a tall black display stand (next to New Large Print).
Video games are on one of the wooden hub kiosks next to sports.
May 28: Rental books are available at the end of the Circulation desk in the big plastic display.
