How many boardwalks are there? Do other states have boardwalks? Are they all made of wood? What is the most famous boardwalk? These and many other questions will be addressed in a 45-minute presentation hosted by Dick Handschuch and Sal Marino in a fun and memorable presentation on the boardwalks of New Jersey. Referring to themselves as “two old beach bums,” retired educators, Handschuch and Marino’s presentation will take place at Middletown Main Library on Wednesday, July 28th, at 7:30 p.m. They are also authors of “The Beach Bum’s Guide to the Boardwalks of New Jersey.”
